Rottweiler
Any of a German breed of dog having a stocky body, short black fur, and tan face markings.
Collie
one of a breed of dogs having a usually long, black, tan, and white or sable and white coat, raised originally in Scotland for herding sheep.
Weimaraner
one of a German breed of hunting dogs having a smooth silver-gray to dark-gray coat, a cropped tail, and blue-gray or amber eyes.
Maltese
Any of a breed of toy dogs having a long silky white coat

Labrador Retriever
Any of a breed of dog originating in Newfoundland, having a short, yellow, black, or brown coat and a tapering tail and used in hunting to retrieve felled game.

BURNER

COMPRESSORS

A pump or other machine that increases the pressure of a gas.

CAPACITORS
An electric circuit element used to store charge temporarily, consisting in general of two metallic plates separated and insulated from each other by a dielectric. Also called condenser.
HUMIDIFIERS
A device for increasing the humidity in a room, greenhouse, or other enclosure.
THERMOSTATS
A device, as in a home heating system, a refrigerator, or an air conditioner, that automatically responds to temperature changes and activates switches controlling the equipment.

RUDDER
A vertically hinged plate of metal, fiberglass, or wood mounted at the stern of a ship or boat for directing its course.
PROPELLER
A machine for propelling an aircraft or boat, consisting of a power-driven shaft with radiating blades that are placed so as to thrust air or water in a desired direction when spinning.
DAMPER
An adjustable plate, as in the flue of a furnace or stove, for controlling the draft.
PANTOGRAPH
An instrument for copying a plane figure to a desired scale, consisting of styluses for tracing and copying mounted on four jointed rods in the form of a parallelogram with extended sides.

CHRONOMETER
An exceptionally precise timepiece.

APPARATUSA

HYDRANT
An upright pipe with a spout, nozzle, or other outlet, usually in the street, for drawing water from a main or service pipe, esp. for fighting fires.

BICARBONATE
The radical group HCO3 or a compound, such as sodium bicarbonate, containing it.
FOAM
A mass of bubbles of air or gas in a matrix of liquid film, especially an accumulation of fine, frothy bubbles formed in or on the surface of a liquid, as from agitation or fermentation.


EXTINGUISHER
Any of various portable mechanical devices for spraying and extinguishing a fire with chemicals.

RAILWAY GUN

MAXIM GUN
An early, water-cooled, automatic machine gun having a single barrel.
CANNON
A large mounted weapon that fires heavy projectiles. Cannon include guns, howitzers, and mortars.

SHOTGUN
A smoothbore gun that fires shot over short ranges. Also called scattergun.


RIFLE
A firearm with a rifled bore, designed to be fired from the shoulder.
